    Emails are sorted and replies drafted

    Each new email is sorted, urgent ones are flagged to you right away, and a reply is drafted using only your answers.

  3. STEP 03

    You review and press Send

    The draft waits in your inbox. You review it, edit if needed, and press Send. Once a week you get a summary, including questions your answers didn't cover yet.

Questions

No. It only writes drafts. Every reply is sent by a person on your team. With Outlook and Microsoft 365, it doesn't even have permission to send.

It won't guess. The draft says a team member will confirm, and the question appears in your weekly summary so you can add it to your answers.

We'll let you know when you reach 400. If you hit 500, emails keep arriving as normal, but new ones won't get an AI draft until the 1st. If that happens regularly, we'll suggest a plan with a higher limit.

Emails are processed only to sort them and write drafts. They stay in your own mailbox, and our AI provider doesn't use them to train its models. You can disconnect at any time.

Yes. It works with Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 mailboxes as well as Gmail and Google Workspace. With Microsoft 365, your IT admin may need to approve the connection once.
